"Canada's Next Leader in Precious Metals & Critical Minerals"

From the World-Famous Bathurst Mining Camp in New Brunswick Canada.

Thistle Resources at a glance...

Thistle Resources is a Canadian public exploration company advancing five standout projects in New Brunswick’s world-class Bathurst Mining Camp and Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.  At the core is the Middle River Gold Project, a high-grade system with a 7km gold-bearing mineralized fold trend where our goal is to prove up to 2 million oz of gold and with more than 50 certified drill targets.  Adjacent lies the Middle River VMS Project, targeting the prolific Brunswick Horizon with AI-driven geophysics identifying multiple high-priority VMS targets.  Rounding out the portfolio is the Brunswick Antimony Project—a newly uncovered, never-drilled high-grade Au-Ag-Sb system just 500m from the legendary Brunswick #12 Mine and 800m from the Brunswick #6 Mine, with certified assays up to 1,300 g/t silver, 2.21 g/t gold, and 10.3% antimony.

Middle River Gold

The project has identified high-grade gold intercepts, including 1.70 g/t over 38.3m, with magnetic modeling tracing a sinuous host structure for kilometers northeast. The SIP Gold Zone, a parallel structure 100m east of the Middle River Gold Zone, shows significant chromium alteration and sulfides, with geochemical anomalies suggesting potential blind mineralization. The upcoming Phase 3 Drill Program will target 26 drill sites over 4,000m to extend known gold zones and explore new high-potential areas.

Brunswick Antimony

The project hosts a newly identified, never-drilled Au-Ag-Sb system located just 500m from the historic Brunswick #12 Mine and 800m from the Brunswick #6 Mine. Certified trench assays from bedrock have returned exceptional grades, including 2.32 g/t gold, 1300 g/t silver, and up to 10.3% antimony. Mineralization is hosted in a granite pluton with silicified stockwork veining, indicating a robust polymetallic system. The discovery sits along a major contact zone and will undergo systematic exploration targeting high-grade veins and expanded mineralized zones based on 2025 sampling and magnetic resistivity anomalies.

Middle River VMS

The Middle River VMS Project utilizes advanced geophysics and AI-driven analysis to explore the eastern flank, where strong conductive responses align with a 3-km magnetic trend indicative of massive sulfide mineralization. Key targets include structurally complex areas and locally truncated conductors consistent with known BMC VMS deposits, with Target #4 prioritized for its high potential. Cutting-edge techniques such as UAV drone magnetics, TDEM surveys, and EarthEx 3D analysis are being deployed to refine drilling priorities and confirm the Brunswick VMS Extension.

Celtic Highlands Gold

The Celtic Highlands Gold Project hosts over 40 recorded gold occurrences in boulders and bedrock, with high-grade potential indicated by its proximity to Transition Metals’ Highland Gold Project, where assays reached up to 104 g/t gold. Ongoing government research suggests the area may represent an Iron Oxide Copper Gold (IOCG) system, supported by detailed mapping and litho-geochemical analysis. With active industry exploration and a strategic location along a parallel structural trend, the project presents strong potential for significant gold discoveries.

Alba Forks Gold

The Alba Forks Gold Project is a focused exploration initiative leveraging historical geology and modern techniques to identify and develop high-priority gold targets. Current efforts include data compilation, deep soil and till sampling, trenching, and advanced aerial surveys such as UAV-borne magnetics and XRF analysis. Structural studies using LIDAR and digital topographic data will refine target areas, guiding future drilling and exploration strategies.
